FESTOOL Abrasive Profile (D125 S GR PRO/10)

The Festool GRANAT PROfile GR PRO Abrasives from ITS is a specialist sanding solution developed specifically for machine-guided profile sanding, delivering precision results on shaped, contoured and radius surfaces where conventional abrasives simply can’t perform as effectively.

Thanks to its soft, flexible abrasive composition, GRANAT PROFile adapts seamlessly to the surface you’re working on, moulding itself to curves and profiles to ensure even pressure distribution throughout the sanding process.

This controlled contact dramatically reduces the risk of breakthrough sanding and prevents unwanted grooves, making it ideal for working on sensitive materials such as wood, plastics, acrylics and modern VOC paints.

Designed to work perfectly within the Festool sanding system, GRANAT PROFile features a machine-specific hole pattern that aligns precisely with Festool sanding pads, ensuring consistently efficient dust extraction.

The result is a noticeably cleaner working environment, improved surface visibility and a higher-quality finish with less rework required. This optimised dust control also helps extend abrasive life, keeping cutting performance consistent over longer sanding sessions.

What truly sets GRANAT PROFile apart is how effortlessly it handles radius profiles and contoured edges. Its flexible structure allows the abrasive to follow the shape of the workpiece rather than fighting against it, making sanding more controlled, more comfortable and significantly more efficient.

Whether you’re refining detailed mouldings, smoothing curved components or preparing shaped surfaces for finishing, GRANAT PROFile delivers uncompromising performance with a noticeably smoother sanding experience. It’s the ideal choice for professionals who demand accuracy, surface protection and flawless results when working on complex profiles.
